Payment and Cancellations Policy

 

Cancellations.

Client lesson cancellations must be made before 12pm the previous day. This can be done through the teacher or directly through the BLS office. BLS will add the lesson, free of charge, to the end of the course, simply extending the course end date. Any cancellations made after the above mentioned time will result in a "lost" lesson which will not be rescheduled.

If the teacher is ill and must cancel a lesson:

BLS will inform the student/student's company as soon as possible. The lesson will be added to the end of the course.

 

Payment.

Net 30 days from the invoice date. An interest charge of 0,75% per month will be added to all payments made after the settlement date. A kr. 100,- fee will be charged for reminders.

Invoicing will take place after a course has begun. The confirmed amount of lessons is binding and will be invoiced in full. All courses can be extended upon completion.

Should a client cancel an entire course following confirmation but before the start of the course, a kr. 500,- administration fee will be charged. Course will not be refunded if the first lesson has already taken place. Lessons may be postponed but must be completed within a year of the postponement date.

 

Travel fee.

BLS calculate travel fees based on the State's current rates for companies. Calculations are based on travelling distances of more than 10 km from BLS. As of 1 January 2013 the rate is kr. 3,82 per km.
