Italian is a beautiful language – and the key to understanding Italy and the Italians.
There are many good reasons for learning Italian. For example, the professional advantages created tby developing a closer relationship to clients and partners – whether through doing business or just a little small talk to show you have made an effort. For travelling, even a minimum knowledge of Italian can work wonders in conversations with the general public or staff.
Italian is rooted in Latin and is built up with classic grammar and relatively easy pronunciation rules. You will be surprised how quickly you can learn enough for useful verbal communication. Italian business correspondence tends to be rather conservative and therefore it is very important to be able to express yourself politely in the written form. Musical terminologies as well as banking and financial vocabulary in all languages have a strong Italian influence that goes back hundreds of years. The various regions of Italy have strong dialects, therefore we would focus on the standard vocabulary and pronunciation, which would mean you can be understood by all.
