Danish for Children
When an employee is expatriated to Denmark, it is an enormously rewarding yet challenging experience for the entire family. Ideally, children should be provided with an introduction to the Danish language in order to enable them to make the most of their time here. BLS has teachers with many years’ experience in teaching children and young people, and the result is fun, confidence-building and very effective.
These courses are created and organised through close collaboration with the parents and, when appropriate, the current or future school of the children. Even children attending international schools will feel the huge benefit of being able to communicate with and understand the world around them, and they will find the learning process so much easier than their parents and when the whole family can support each other, it really is an opportunity too good to miss!
Often the children and families taught by BLS remain in touch with their teachers for a long time and the children’s first contact with the new language is remembered very fondly.
