Higher Level Danish
This course is suitable for foreigners living in Denmark who can already speak some Danish, but who would like to develop and fine-tune their language skills. Typical participants have already grasped the basic grammar rules and can participate in everyday conversational situations. Based on your current knowledge, the focus will be on the complexities and nuances of the Danish language. The aim will be to build up more accurate and varied language skills, which will make it easier for you to actively and intelligently participate in conversations and discussions at work, home and with friends or acquaintances. We will make use of typical text and course books, but will heavily supplement these with authentic texts from newspapers and literature as well as authentic listening materials from TV, radio and films. If required, there will also be ample opportunity to develop your written communication skills. This type of course will typically be one-to-one, but can also be arranged as group teaching for small teams with 2 – 3 participants.
